No matter how I approach my work I can’t separate the natural, the technical, and the art. The material that I seek out and utilize always draws me back to thoughts of its origin and the connection with nature. This picture reminds me of that connection a beautiful wood boat sitting on the shore line of a U.P. Wilderness lake. Please keep these thoughts in mind as you view my work.
